STEP 2: Shipping Your Finished Seat Back To You
We will be shipping your seat back home using UPS We are contracted with UPS ensuring the best prices available apon return shipping. This is the only part about the process where pricing is not set in advanced. When your seat is boxed and ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or phone. If you have any other shipping preferences we will take them into consideration before your seat ships back to you.
Additionally, both our boxes and packaging are 100% recycled to cut down on waste and no extra costs are involved in shipping. Return shipping price is whatever we pay you pay and box/packaging are on us!
If You Need Adjustments...
The original purchaser will be required to pay the shipping cost involved when returning a seat under warranty. An exception to this is if the original order was processed incorrectly, in which case we will attempt to cover the entire shipping cost.
