Production Process
How our process works...
Always call before placin orders so I can explain the process and let you know the lead times Best thing to do is call in. Once ready to proceed I will provide a production date, this will be given via email.
Full payment is collected when your seat is finished, boxed and shipping. We do not require a full payment for your seat until the seat is actually done.
Turn aroud time...
I ask for a week to ten days for the production process, during this time you will be called personally to discuss your specific needs for your seat. Each seat takes me a full day to produce from start to finish and some longer depending on make/model. The production process will beguine prior to our discussion, removing cover/covers and prepping your seat pan for new formwork to be done. At the end of production is when the phone conversation will take place to ensure all your needs are met. I will need to know 3 very important thing when building your seat(s) First I will need to know the height of the new saddle and in what you want done with it. Keep OEM, lower and or add height.Second is forward sliding and how bad this is for you. Third will be most important in getting an idea where you want the new seating pocket position to be placed. Some sit forward some sit mid or middle and some will request further back of the seat or seat pan. Payment. I do not take any money up front for this production date it is a verbal agreement and the final bill will be collected when your seat is boxed up and on its way back home. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to call or text anytime.
Getting your seat back to you...
When your seat is boxed and ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or phone. If you have any shipping preferences we will take them into consideration before your seat ships back to you. We use a combination of different shipping carriers to cut down on the cost of shipping. Additionally, both our boxes and packaging are 100% recycled to cut down on waste.
